Biography

2021-22(Senior): Held an overall record of 6-6…had a dual record of 3-2…Logged 11 takedowns, 15 escapes, three two-point nearfalls and five four-point nearfalls…Recorded two technical falls and one major decision.

2020-21 (Redshirt-Junior): Went 1-2 on the season with his lone win coming in the dual against MSU Moorhead by way of a 12-10 sudden victory.

2019-20 (Junior): Went 2-6 overall as a redshirt at 133 pounds with one fall.

2018-19 (Sophomore): Compiled a 11-16 record at 133 pounds… Went 3-3 in duals and 2-3 in the NSIC… Had four falls and two major decisions… Took third at the Finn Grinaker Open on Nov. 17 at 133 pounds.

2017-18 (Freshman): Was 18-13 as the starter at 133 pounds for the Vikings ... one of two true freshmen to start for the Vikings in the 2017-18 season ... went 3-4 in NSIC duals ... went 2-2 at the Super Region 3 Championships ... took second at the Yellowjacket Open (Nov. 4) ... finished in third at the Ridgewater Open (Jan. 6) ... took fifth at the BVU Open (Dec. 2).

High School: 2017 graduate of Sergeant Bluff-Luton High School in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa ... went 56-4 his senior season and finished third at state ... four-time letterwinner … two-time state finalist … finished third at state his freshman season … three-time team MVP.

Personal: Son of Marc and Candi Curry … born on Nov. 16, 1998 in Sioux City, Iowa … plans to major in Physical Education with aspirations to get into coaching.
