Residential Properties Hosts Six Open Houses and Offers 9 New Listings

While Rhode Island’s real estate inventory remains at record lows, Residential Properties offers a range of open houses across the state.
In January of this year, Rhode Island saw a 39.1% drop in sales activity compared to January 2022 due to the shortage of inventory.
Residential Properties finished 2022 as the only company in Rhode Island to reach $1 billion in sales.

The company has now led the state in overall sales volume every year since Statewide MLS began recording accurate records in 2004.
The open houses include a stately four-bedroom colonial in East Greenwich — a condo in Fox Point at Corliss, and a Wayland neighborhood home.
