Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) on Thursday announced the sale of 43 Poplar Street in Cranston for $14 million.
According to statewide MLS data, this is the highest Cranston sale of any kind ever recorded and is the second-highest commercial sale ever recorded in Rhode Island.

The converted school building, located within walking distance from the Garden City shopping plaza, is just 10 minutes from Green Airport and 20 minutes from Providence.
“This project originally included a full renovation of the former Cranston-Johnston Catholic Regional School into 20 new, modern apartments,” said Veloso. “Phase two features a new building with 29 luxury-style apartments built to exacting green standards and incorporating full modern amenities.”
