Cooley Puts $2M East Greenwich Home on the Market—Signed Disclosure Form on March 3

Ed Cooley and his wife have placed their East Greenwich home on the market for just under $2 million in the past 24 hours.
But there is a twist to the timeline. The disclosure form on the home was signed by Cooley nearly three weeks ago on March 3.
The home is located on Lenihan Lane in the Woods neighborhood.

Cooley has admitted that he is now negotiating with Georgetown University.

GoLocal reported in 2014, that there was a fire at the home:
A small fire at the home of Providence College men's basketball coach Ed Cooley damaged his East Greenwich home and has displaced him and his family.
Published reports say that fire officials responded to a fire at Cooley's home Tuesday night. They say the blaze was in a second floor bathroom and left both smoke and water damage to the house.
According to ESPN, Cooley said that there was significant damage to the house and that he and his family have had to temporarily vacate the premises and move to a nearby hotel.
