Dear directors,
Please use this form to complete the nomination process for those students whom you believe would be a great fit for this year's Frost School of Music Honor Band Festival, taking place on our Coral Gables campus February 1st and 2nd. All fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required. You will need to complete a separate form for each student you nominate.
NOTE: Participants in the Honor Band will need to pay a $75 fee by check or cash prior to arrival on the first day of the FROST Honor Band Festival. Details for how to make your payment will be issued upon notification of acceptance into the Honor Band.
