To mark February as Suicide Prevention month, the Charlotte County Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Committee is pleased to offer the 9th annual Give a Day ~ Get Away opportunity!

To take part, simply decide on an organization in Charlotte County where you would like to help, and arrange to complete 5 hours of volunteer time between January 15th and February 26th, 2020. You might consider volunteering at a food bank, animal shelter, nursing home, church or school. The ideas are endless! Once the volunteerism has been finished, please complete and submit the registration form on the link below.  If volunteerism is done as a family or group, each member can submit their own individual entry per 5 hours donated.   If you volunteer more than 5 hours between January 15th and February 26th at 5 p.m., you can submit an entry for every 5 hours of volunteerism. The lucky winner will be announced February 28th, 2020 on 98.1 CharlotteFM.  
The Give a Day ~ Get Away prize package includes:
• Accommodation for 2 nights at the Algonquin Resort, in St. Andrews by-the-Sea
• 4 tickets to the Fundy Discovery Aquarium at the Huntsman Marine Science Center
• $250 for gas and meals
