This is a sign-up form to reserve a time block to have your film/video digitized at Home Movie Day Durham on January 9th (1:30-4:00p). Due to the great response, we are not taking anymore reservations. You could come to the library and see if there are open slots as we are trying to accommodate some walk-in traffic.
