Thank you for completing this survey about your experience in Westminster Free Clinic's Teen Training Program! The sole purpose of this survey is to learn from you what was valuable about your experience, what we could do better, and what you are doing now and whether your experience with us mattered. Your feedback matters because it helps us to support younger generations of students in the program through improved programming, mentorship, and funding.

We are reaching out to all of our graduates since 1998. It’s hard to believe our formal teen program started over 20 years ago! It has grown to include over 100 students each year.
