GreenFaith Boulder County Moving Vigil for the Earth

In preparation for Faiths 4 Climate Justice, Oct 17-18, people of faith and friends will be gathering for a Moving Vigil on Monday 9/27 at 4pm. Please join this sacred walk through downtown Boulder, beginning at the International Peace Park by Boulder Creek near the Boulder Public Main Library, and concluding in front of the Boulder County courthouse. We plan to stop and invoke the aid of greater-than-human forces at sites of human power along the way, including fossil fuel financing banks Wells Fargo and Chase, drawing attention to the climate justice crisis we are all facing with the power of our faith traditions. We will have plenty of newly painted signs and banners from the community Art Build held on Saturday and Sunday, 9/25-9/26.
