Motion to Expand the Scope of the SMM Committee

A motion was made on Signal by me and seconded by Mary Pat to expand the scope of the Social Media and Marketing Committee's funding to include paying for advertising through any venue within their budget at their discretion.

The initial resolution creating and empowering the SMM Committee strongly suggests that its funding was intended to be limited to the purpose of boosting stuff on Facebook, but Facebook has suspended advertising for political purposes until further notice.

I vote Aye.
