It’s with great sadness that I announce to some the passing of Mr. Larry F. Kinney. Mr. Kinney worked for DC Parks and Recreation for many years and he was a well-known tennis and baseball coach who lived in Ft. Lincoln. He was also a kind and gentle spirit who will be sorely missed.

Thank you for sharing the information about Mr. Kinney's passing and funeral arrangements. Mr. Kinney was a great soul! He coached my son Zachary from the age of 4-1/2 until he transitioned to a new team. May he rest in peace and power.
