Shelby County Schools and SchoolSeed Foundation are working together to raise funds to support the funeral expenses of 10 year old Richard Jordan. He was a student at Alton Elementary School in Memphis, Tennessee. The 10 year old was a victim of a tragic incident that occurred Monday afternoon near Airways Blvd. and Ketchum. .
