The Fulbright Program in Ukraine

Established in 1946, the Fulbright Program is the oldest and most prestigious international program for exchange of scholars and students funded by the United States government. Today it supports academic exchanges with 160 countries of the world. Since 1992 nearly 1100 Ukrainian scholars, students, and young professionals have traveled to the United States for study or research as participants of the Fulbright Program. At the same time more than 750 U.S. scholars and students have visited Ukraine to teach, consult with universities, and conduct research.
