What does it look like to follow the Constitution?

Government people use their constitutional powers to limit other government people. Abortion is prevented, money grows in value, wars are rare and decisive. At least one party selects candidates who limit government. People work together freely, adding far more value.

We can do this. Starting now.

Offsetting Powers Secure Our Rights

What does it look like when government people follow the Constitution?

 rConstitution Papers explains:

  • Government people use their constitutional powers to hold other government people to the limited scopes delegated by the people.
  • All laws consist of rules and penalties, and nothing else. Legislators write a few simple laws, executives enforce these laws, and judges opine on cases.
  • Presidents and governors take full executive responsibility and are fully accountable for personnel, budgets, and results.
  • Every government official uses his own judgment to decide what’s constitutional for him to do in his job, and only does what’s constitutional.
  • Abortion—a violation of the explicit constitutional right to life—is prevented nationally and statewide by all government branches. Economic crises are much smaller, and recoveries are naturally fast. Money grows in value. Wars are decisive and rare.
  • Government people keep themselves out of our way.
  • At least one party is well-designed like the government under the Constitution, and this ensures that all government people follow the Constitution.

When we’re secure to freely work together to add value, we’ll create a far-better future.
