Our Constraints Measure Program team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Project Officer to oversee and coordinate the development, assessment, and evaluation of projects funded by a range of water grant programs supporting projects in regional areas. The role is responsible for ensuring that the projects achieve their outcomes and support the achievement of the funding programs and organizational objectives

About You

The ideal candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including development and implementation of project plans, coordinating resources and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing a range of documentation including project plans, operational procedures, and briefing papers.  
  • Previous experience engaging and forming strong relationships with landholders and program stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex project information to landholders or stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated highly effective and proven negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience supervising team members and providing support and direction.
  • Experience with spatial mapping will be highly regarded however not mandatory.
