An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager to lead engagement with First Nations Peoples on policies and projects undertaken by the Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water. This role is targeted to Aboriginal People and Torres Strait Islander People.

Your work will inform the development of innovative project solutions and policy. Key to the role is building strong relationships with First Nations Peoples and other water user representatives, community groups, as well as across the department, state agencies and with other jurisdictions.

Operating from within the First Nations, Climate and Water Security team within the Strategic Water Initiatives branch, you will guide engagement with First Nations Peoples and guide the development of strategies to support First Nations People’s outcomes across the team’s portfolio.

Your work will inform the development of innovative project solutions and policy. Key to the role is building strong relationships with First Nations Peoples and other water user representatives, community groups, as well as across the department, state agencies and with other jurisdictions.
