Advisory Services
– Serve as a project manager on consulting projects, leading task delivery and taking accountability for quality, schedule, scope management, and budget.
– Identify, plan for, and proactively manage project risks.
– Serve as an effective project team leader through excellent organization and internal/external stakeholder communication.
– Lead project team and stakeholder meetings through effective facilitation and demonstration of technical know-how.
– Core services include the identification of available solutions, qualification of solutions through client established criteria, comparative analysis between available solutions and/or evaluation of innovative best practices. Deliverables will be a technical report or in a workshop type format.
– Lead the development and delivery of technical reports, technology specifications, preliminary cost estimates (procurement and deployment), best practices, and work plans.
– Communicate with potential clients through the proposal process, developing project scopes to meet client needs, accurate budgets, and schedules. Lead negotiation and closing.
– Meet highest levels of customer satisfaction and experience through effective communication and change management.
Technology Scouting and Evaluation
– Support the technical and commercial due diligence required for customers.
– Identify step-change technical solutions through desktop research, industry events, and proactive networking.

– Provide a robust and objective evaluation of solutions based on financial and operational performance criteria in comparison to conventional methods.
– Present evaluation summary in comparative matrices, executive summaries and in other formats as requested for internal or external needs.
Reporting, Documentation, and Forecasting
– Document preparation, review, and proofing for miscellaneous needs.
– Follow internal documentation and reporting procedures related to client relationship and opportunity management and product execution.
– Manage the forecasting of staffing resources for planned and active projects and liaise with other key managers to proactively project gaps and demands.
– Support data entry and performance analytics for senior management.
– Comfort in developing and leading presentations to senior management.
– Technical understanding of municipal water and wastewater treatment operations and processes.
– Project management experience and ability to lead time with clear direction and provide support when needed.
– Ability to listen to client needs and identify solutions through solutioning and problem solving.
