Educational Qualification:Degree/Diploma in Civil/Agriculture Engineering with
4-5 years of field experience in designing and
implementation of Water Resource Development
(Irrigation & Soil Water Conservation) Projects,
Watershed Development, Drinking Water etc.

Project Location:To be based at Mul/Pombhurna block of Chandrapur Maharashtra
Job Profile:
1. Need to have experience of working community level irrigation , Soil & Water conservation development program/project with hands on experience of designing & implementing various types of irrigation projects for smallholder farmers. The candidate must also have experience and understanding of implementing such project in close partnership with community organizations and their members.
2.Develop technical design, cost- estimate, and utilization plan of identified
irrigation schemes.
3.Ensure proper implementation of schemes by closely working with community,
CBOs and field staff.
4.Undertake regular field level monitoring to ensure quality of works as per
plan. Regular reporting and data management.
5.Build the capacities of CBOs, community leaders, Community Resource Persons
(CRPs) and CInI field staff in planning and implementing WRD interventions.
6.Undertaken Cluster development work as defined by the project.
7.Ensure /support in developing team plans, regular reporting and MIS.
8.Support in implementation of other thematic interventions like – Agriculture, Livestock and Institution building etc.
