MISSIONS
The Global Engineering department recruits a One Planet Solutions manager – Water technology based in Evian Les Bains.
Reporting to the One Planet Solutions Director, the One Planet Solutions Manager -Water contributes and rolls out the Company strategy for water neutrality in the Danone operations.
With a Global scope including 200+ factories, your main activities will be:
Strategy:
- Lead the Water technology stream, in collaboration with the rest of the Water cycle teams, to identify innovative solutions and turn them into concrete projects with external and internal stakeholders, aiming for creativity, sustainability, and productivity.
- Contribute and input in the Company Water strategy by leveraging Water technologies solutions
- Provide support to local/regional management to define and review Water roadmap and projects to deliver company objectives
- Together with C&P, Develop the Water techno supplier strategy and contribute to regular supplier business reviews.
Standards:
- Lead the team and contribute to deliver appropriate engineering standards
- Ensure that standards are known, understood, and applied by all Danone users
- Contribute to standard factory utilities masterplan to reach water efficiency and circularity objectives
Innovation:
- Identify and develop new technological innovation thru market intelligence (fairs, forums, associations…)
- lead proof of concept development for new technologies, with C&P and selected suppliers
- Spread technical knowledge in the utilities network.
Engagement and Communication:
- Lead and animate the Water expert community
- Develop and facilitate training, webinar, workshops to spread knowledge and raise skills and expertise
Business support:
- Support local and regional engineering teams on Utilities expertise: Water balance, concept design, wastewater management (load reduction and control, treatment technologies, implementation of Clean Water Standard), …
- Provide expert assistance to local executions teams
- As required by the business, participate in energy efficiency and thermal energy decarbonization initiatives on as needed basis.

A PROPOS DE VOUS
ABOUT YOU :
- With a PhD or equivalent, you have 10+ years with similar experience and operational international background.
- Water technology deep knowledge (water filtration, waste water treatment, methanisation…)
- Financially fluent
- International prospective
- Critical thinking, challenger at the service of the strategy
- Outstanding Interpersonnal and naturally Multicultural
- Solutions finder
- Good knowledge of the international manufacturing network
- Situational intelligence
- Naturally connected to the business
