Offer Description
The research, in consideration of the roles that the production and distribution of water and energy resources and the presence of dedicated infrastructures have on the development of mountain areas, aims to:
– identify and evaluate the performance of automated systems, aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management;
– Evaluate the relationships between the optimization of energy and water flows and the variables that characterize the Quality of Life of mountain areas;
– Identify the opportunities to combat the depopulation of mountain areas that the optimized distribution of energy and water vectors, and the availability of infrastructures can guarantee for the development of systems for monitoring the risks of hydrogeological instability, services in favor of productive activities and inhabitants and tourists, with particular attention to telemedicine and smartworking systems.
