The Role  

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in this pivotal role, focusing on the operational implementation of CCEP’s Water Management Plan and support of the Sustainability strategy on decarbonisation through the generation and deployment of initiatives and projects (defined in Roadmaps) across the Supply Chain in partnership with site and National teams.

Your role will see you provide sustainable supply of high quality water to our business by developing long term contingency plans, managing our water quality and securing a supply network.

Manage our internal and external service level agreements to maintain operations at all water sources.  You will also have technical oversight in quality compliance and development/validation of new and current of water products. 

Finally, support and report on our overall CCEP sustainability ambitions and partner with Brand Partners on Projects and Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Compliance to all CCEP Quality Framework water specifications
  • Coordinate Annual and monthly Water Analysis schedule
  • Compliance review of all water analysis results
  • Maintain specifications and processing guidelines for all water related processes
  • Support for CCEP water product NPD
  • Support the NPC team for successful delivery of new water products
  • Participate in troubleshooting of all water related technical issues
  • Provide technical support on design, installation and validation of all water treatment processes e.g. equipment changes or process upgrades
  • Coordination of Property and Infrastructure maintenance with state maintenance support
  • Managing service level agreements directly with external service providers
  • Capital submission preparation for water source projects
  • Ensure all water sites are maintained to CCEP Food Safety standards

About you  

  • University degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Environmental science related Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or related FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, water related chemistry and quality parameters
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering processes and maintenance practices
  • Experience in project management as technical advisor or consultant is highly desirable
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Appropriate management training/experience
  • System knowledge & experience Excel. PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong discipline, organisational & time management skills
