  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $134,411 to $155,445 plus super

Water Group is currently seeking to appoint a Manager Floodplain Coordination to join the Floodplain Management team. Using regulatory tools, the Floodplain Management Team aims to balance the protection of life and property with the need to maintain and improve natural flood flows to support downstream environmental, social and cultural outcomes. The role liaises extensively with other teams within the Division and state government agencies.

About You

In this role, you will coordinate the delivery of floodplain reforms across inland NSW as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The Manager Floodplain Coordination will work closely with the floodplains leadership team to ensure efficiencies in delivery across policy, planning, licensing and reform functions.  

You will have highly developed project management, communication, and collaboration skills with demonstrated experience in the delivery of multidisciplinary water management projects or programs.
