Operations
– Responsible for team resilience, staffing, and operations. Work with Head of TAG and Head of Consulting to forecast resources and adequately plan for work. Provide recommendations on ways to optimize operations, build resilience across the business, and save resources.
– Craft job descriptions and missions for open roles. Manage the recruitment process by posting jobs in appropriate channels, review and respond to all applicants, conduct screenings, schedule formal interviews, and send offer letters.
– Work with Marketing Manager to manage all new hire onboardings, including planning, account management, materials, experience, and team training.
– Lead accountability and follow through in reporting across TAG, consulting, and strategic initiatives.
– Work with Marketing Manager to prepare monthly/quarterly business review materials.
– Produce and oversee critical numbers reporting across the business.
– CRM accountability across all staff (pipelines, record maintenance, communications).
– Lead the creation and review around Isle’s established procedures (SOPs) and policies for internal processes, TAG, and consulting, reviewing for consistency, clarity, and accessibility.
– Keep business operations resources up to date including staffing document, annual review checklists, personal plan templates, and more.
Staff Management
– Work closely with the President to execute direct report reviews, performance plans, coaching, and mentorship.
– Conduct performance reviews monthly and keep President informed of any salient achievements or challenges with staff, including roadblocks.
– Work closely with the President to create “fun” and instill Isle culture and camaraderie between colleagues. Make recommendations on ways to improve team wellness, productivity, engagement.
– Plan team retreats and curate an agenda with input from President.
