Offer Description
The research grant is part of the project “Sustainable Approaches to LAnd and water Management in MEditerranean Drylands (SALAM-MED)”. The research fellow will have the task of elaborating agro-hydrological modeling of hydrographic basins and experimental areas within the Mediterranean, using the most common models in the scientific-disciplinary sector of reference (SWAT, HYDRUS 2D, etc. ), having as input both data collected by local partners and data from online database, at a regional and global scale. The simulations will also consider climate change scenarios. The selected candidate will also have to contribute to the organization of project activities, participating in project meetings, on-site missions, drafting reports and scientific publications on the project.
