Job Summary

We are working on ecological waterbody and nala restoration projects which focus on restoring and maintaining health of the rivers, streams and nalas through long term commitment of our projects involve public, private and government stakeholders Interventions based on scientific research and application of appropriate technological, social, infrastructural and governance solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

  1. Support the Program Manager in building the short-term, mid-term and long-term strategy for business growth and evolution of the river and nala restoration vertical
  2. Build team management strategies and standardize process for effective execution
  3. R&D into technologies and processes to improve our products and services
  4. Identify & facilitate meaningful partnerships that will contribute to growth revenues & impact.

Project Management, Operations and Communication

  1. Oversee effective execution of all waterbody projects in a time-bound manner (compliance with financial and impact targets)
  2. Overall day today operations of projects including team allocation, expense tracking, documentations, data collection.
  3. Provide Technical Guidance to on-ground team during implementation
  4. Development and monitoring of cost estimates for projects, especially civil components
  5. Develop data collection and analysis tools for water quality, waste recovery and carbon sequestration etc.
  6. Handle data generated in project and generate reports
  7. Ensure proper and updated documentation of all initiatives
  8. Support in promotion and marketing of products and services
  9. Maintain regular formal communication with all project-related stakeholders
  10. Adhere to client reporting requirements
  11. Identify & develop a network of reliable vendors for the vertical

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in a related field – Environmental Engineer, Water Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or some of the areas preferred.
  2. 1-3 years of work experience within the impact sector with at least 1 year in implementation focused work in the water management projects

  3. Interdisciplinary problem solving skills with result oriented outlook
  4. Mastery of MS Office and Google Suite
  5. Willingness to be present on-field as per requirement
  6. Data Mindset with ability to interpret and visualise data
  7. Understanding of project finance & budgeting
  8. Motivated, self-driven, ethical leader and team-player
  9. Willingness to relocate to Aurangabad, Maharashtra
  10. Working knowledge of Marathi language preferred
  11. Proven written, oral and client and stakeholder facing communication skills
