Associate Director-Water team.

The team has provided services related to policy and regulatory design, institutional strengthening, outcome-based budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, change management and project management.
We provide these services through a large team of technical experts, social scientists, policy planners, management consultants and domain experts. Our contemporary solutions help governments make a paradigm shift from their role as conventional service providers to value based reform enablers.
To support the growth of its business, KPMG is seeking an Associate Director for the Water team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Shall oversee the team, and shall be responsible for all communications/ interaction with clients
o Shall be responsible for supervising the conduct of the entire scope of work for the projects.
o Shall review/ monitor the work progress and deliver to the satisfaction of the client
o Shall be responsible for daily coordination with the Client, ensuring recording and relaying of communications.
o Will need to travel extensively across the country as part project and for creating opportunity i.e. about 50% of the month
o Play a key role in growing the practice; primary focus will be on the development of new projects in the sector
o Meet business financial targets, overall project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirements.
o Work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment to build business, as well as to lead client and teams.
Qualification and Skill sets:
o 8-10 years of experience in WASH sector
o B.Tech in Civil/ Env Engineering with MBA for a premier B School
o Should have prior management consulting experience
o Should have experience of leading assignments in the WASH sector
o Strong leadership skills and extensive team management experience
o Demonstrable track record in delivering high number of revenue results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic portfolios.
o Ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service, quality on project deliverables, excellent communication and organizational skills
o Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges and recognize opportunities.
o High personal & professional integrity. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Problem solving attitude. Experience of managing teams and logistics
o Good analytical, and knowledge management skills including writing and presentation skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.
