What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead as primary point of contact for all water strategies with bottling partners.  
  • Execute sustainability engagement and technical advocacy with suppliers to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with the NAOU strategy and ambitions.
  • Serve as the water lead for technical sustainability to provide support for the networked organization to build capability of sustainability initiatives, related reporting, evaluation for improvement and action planning to include but not limited to NAOU water use ratio, leadership and advance location WUR, replenishment, principles of sustainable agriculture and community water goals.
  • Responsible for communicating new and changed technical sustainability requirements and information from TCCC to NAOU bottling partners.
  • Establish communication routines with facility and executive leadership as appropriate for objectives, performance monitoring, innovation projects, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor bottler participation in sustainability reporting and maturity programs.
  • Import solutions and tangible actions we and our bottling partners can take to become industry leading.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in sustainability understanding the broader sustainability topics including areas of water, energy & climate (fleet, manufacturing, and equipment), sustainable agriculture, packaging & recovery; and connectivity of these topics with company goals.
  • Knowledge of business, organization, functions, operational, and/or financial processes necessary to effectively connect with the system, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating / presenting, having a professional presence with the ability to address concerns and opportunities across a diverse set customers and strategic asset partners, including executive leadership, to establish company credibility and demonstrate technical expertise.
  • Project/Program management experience with projects involving a wide range of stakeholders
  • Program Measurement and Measurement Verification
