The proposed sustainability and resilience assessment will evaluate the performance of the completed WSS interventions under the World Bank financed projects:  the Yemen Integrated Urban Services Emergency Project (YIUSEP) and the Emergency Health and Nutrition Project (YEHNP). This will be based on a physical audit, beneficiary consultations and key informant interviews of a representative sample of the rehabilitated WSS schemes to determine whether they are functioning as intended, partially functioning or not at all after their completion and handing over to the local authorities.
