  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $101,947 to $112,849 plus super and leave loading

Our Grant Management team is currently seeking to appoint Project Officers to assist in the delivery of a range of grant funding programs.  In this role you will undertake project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects supporting local water utility infrastructure projects.

About You

As a Project Officer you will build and maintain relationships with agencies and stakeholders. You will require strong relationship management skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the delivery of grant funding programs by following program governance and risk frameworks, performance measures, reporting standards, assessment tools and systems to ensure effective governance of the program from inception to completion
  • Provide a range of project management and support services including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project and grant documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure grant funding  outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established best practice grants management.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, budgeting and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes, and support effective decision making.
