Salary:£34,299 – £36,098 depending on experience with excellent benefits
Hybrid Working: A minimum of 40% of working time is spent face to face, either in London office, or as a result of external engagement or travel for WaterAid. WaterAid is located at Canary Wharf, London and this will be your location and contract base. In order to apply for this post, you must be able to demonstrate your eligibility to work in the UK.

About the Team:

The WaterAid Digital Marketing and Product team’s vision is to create the best possible digital experience globally, to inspire and motivate people to support us financially and non-financially. We work closely with our colleagues across WaterAid and key external suppliers to achieve this.

About the Role:

As our diligent and tech-savvy Digital Product Officer you will provide first-line support for WaterAid’s global web platform and work with developers to deliver the maintenance and support continuous delivery programme.

In this role, you will ensure that WaterAid’s digital products are continually developed and maintained to an optimal level globally across the international federation and that teams are supported to build experiences and products that provide value to the business and our supporters.

You’ll also:
* Act as the super user of the website content management system and work with third parties to continually develop and maintain the website.
* Support teams to get the most of WaterAid’s digital products and platforms, enabling them to deliver our new Global Strategy through a range of digital activities such as fundraising, advocacy and mass participation.
* Be responsible for delivering the maintenance and support programme of the website and managing other platforms including microsites, SaaS solutions and third-party integrations.

About You:

We are looking for a conscientious and analytical thinker, with technical digital knowledge and an ability to communicate complex ideas simply. You will be confident using these skills to identify, test and resolve issues, and to support colleagues to use websites and other digital platforms.

To be successful, you’ll need:

* To be highly organised and self-sufficient with meticulous attention to detail.
* An understanding of web applications and content management systems.
