Job Description
About You:
- Graduate Engineer / Young Professional to support a Senior Design Engineer or Project Manager with design, working level support and coordination of water resources engineering related projects.
- Design experience relating to water resources management, hydrological and drainage designs.
- Project coordination and administrative technical support
- Business development and proposals preparations support
Candidate Specification
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Water Resources Engineering
- 3+ years of water supply or wastewater management projects.
- Sertifikat Keahlian SKA (preferred).
- Experience writing technical proposals and reports.
- Previous experience working in Indonesia. International working experience will be a merit.
- Some experience in carrying out feasibility, concept, master planning or detailed design in water resources and resilience projects.
- Some experience in design coordination of water resources or drainage or flood management projects.
- Technical background in hydraulic modelling (e.g. HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, TUFLOW, MIKE) will be a merit
- Provision of support for multi-sector agency liaison and approvals.
- Provision of technical support for presentations of technical solutions to Clients.
- Working as a proactive team player in a multi-disciplinary environment who can adapt quickly.
- Provide Project Management and Coordination support
- Business development and proposals preparations support includes preparation of CV’s, collating tender administrative documents, coordination and chasing people for their actions.
- Willingness to travel for site visits if outside of Jakarta / Java.
- Work experience on previous donor funded projects (ADB, World Bank, KIAT, USDP) will be a merit.
- Experience in working in multi-discipline teams.
- Good communication in English
- Experience in using hydrological, hydraulic and drainage design software packages (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, TUFLOW, MIKE).
- Experience in using software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, QGIS, ArcGIS and other BIM tools for engineering design purpose.
