About the role:
Are you a digital expert with skills across content creation, influencer marketing, social media and PPC? Have you got the experience to lead WaterAid’s most high-profile digital communications campaigns? Do you have your finger on the pulse of digital trends, always looking for the next big way to reach people online?

We’re looking for an ambitious and pioneering individual to join our cause and further our progressive digital engagement strategy. You will be a crucial player in the Digital Content and Experience team, working to produce digital content and campaigns owned by WaterAid, and in collaboration with our corporate partners and celebrity ambassadors.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in the media and events teams on WaterAid’s most high-profile communications campaigns, such as our annual Glastonbury project. You’ll work with our policy and advocacy teams to run impactful digital campaigns that result in real change for millions of people around the world.

As WaterAid’s digital engagement mastermind, you will advise colleagues and partners across the globe on the best way to reach new and current supporters online, getting stuck in to deliver the solutions yourself when necessary. You’ll manage our Social Media Manager and be editor-in-chief of our social media channels.

About you:
* You’re a creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a track record of driving change
* You have proven experience of multimedia content production and promotion
* You’re an experienced project manager, with the ability to source and engage consultants and agencies to further digital projects
* You have a solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and analytics
* You have leadership and motivational qualities, with the ability to drive change
* You have an innate desire to work for an organisation and cause that values and respects human life and believes we must do better.
