  • Ongoing full-time opportunity, NSW location negotiable
  • Departmental Professional Officer Grade 2/3, salary range $95,136 to $119,479 plus super

As a Water Resource Officer, you will be instrumental in developing and rolling out a brand new Water Sharing Plan Implementation Program. You will also contribute to evaluation of water management activities in NSW and developing innovative reporting products to meet stakeholder needs. About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated critical thinker and problem solver with attention to detail, and proven experience working collaboratively. You will thrive in a  creative environment, and will be an excellent communicator clearly explaining complex concepts and tailoring communication to diverse audiences.

Experience in water planning, evaluation or natural resource management would help you to succeed in this role, but is not essential.

This could be an excellent development opportunity to broaden your understanding about water sharing in NSW and to develop your program evaluation capacity.
