Salary: £42,871 – £45,149 with excellent benefits
Hybrid Working A minimum of 40% of working time is spent face to face, either in London office, or as a result of external engagement or travel for WaterAid. About the Team:
The WaterAid Digital Product team supports and directly delivers activities to grow online revenue and supporter engagement as well as supporting digital activities globally across the international WaterAid Federation.

About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused individual to oversee delivery of larger pieces of development work to support the Digital Product team in providing the organisation with the digital platforms and tools required to support WaterAid’s fundraising, campaigning and advocacy work.
In this role, you will work with internal teams and third parties to ensure that all aspects of our projects are delivered accurately and to required deadlines. You will be the hub of communication for digital projects, overseeing design, development, production and testing of projects.

You’ll also:

  • Consult with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, building on the initial feasibility work of the Product Manager.
  • Create and maintain project plans and establish commitment to plan with the stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Maintain the integrity of the project and push back when the scope creeps or suggested budgets are not realistic.

About You:

  • Proven track record of successful Project Management (PM) on digital projects.
  • Formal Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP and/or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
  • Experienced in use of PM tools such as JIRA.
  • Proven experience of website development, maintenance and implementation.
  • Proven experience of digital project planning, scoping and specification phases.
  • A good awareness of enterprise level Content Management Systems.
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention for detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.

Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:

  • Working knowledge of Drupal CMS
  • Good understanding of user experience (UX) and information architecture principles
