What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the NAOU network of Subject Matter Experts for NAOU system to ensure lean manufacturing operations (Manufacturing partners, Bottling partners and Suppliers).
  • Build water quality expertise, system capability and successful practices. 
  • Provide leadership to external organizations/committees/governments/boards such as trade, scientific or industry groups to represent the Company and influence outcomes.
  • Identify, prioritize, plan and lead value added projects to address water quality, water related food safety and overall business needs.
  • Provide Leadership to NAOU Leaders and Bottling Partners in identifying effective and efficient ways to achieve compliance on packaged water.
  • Provide Leadership and technical expertise for water source development & management  
  • Challenge current governance using data and scientific evidence to allow for increased flexibility to address advances in technology for source water and hydration portfolio.
  • Engage and collaborate with suppliers, brand teams, and R&D to identify and authorize new technologies with application for our System.
  • Act as scientific, regulatory, technical, and quality expert by responding to questions and issues from the field or other departments/operating units and providing support to the System.
  • Partner with PACS in knowledge sharing, consumer complaint handling upon sound science, and in relationship with authorities and media activities.
  • Partner with SRA in the follow-up of water regulations tracking any impact for the business, and reviews and establishes standards accordingly

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8 years in liquid manufacturing operations, especially in bottled / flavored / enhanced waters proving experience in water sourcing, quality systems, implementation of GMPs and corrective actions, working with external associations, and deep understanding of applicable regulations.
  • Knowledge of business, organization, functions, operational, and/or financial processes necessary to effectively connect with the system, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating / presenting, having a professional presence with the ability to address concerns and opportunities across a diverse set customers and strategic asset partners, including executive leadership, to establish company credibility and demonstrate technical expertise.
  • Project/Program management experience with projects involving a wide range of stakeholders
  • Program Measurement and Measurement Verification
