meet due to a lack of information on the same. In particular, the municipal body does not
has the planimetric topographical layout
complete distribution network (topology,
length and exact position of the pipelines) and not
has flow rate and pressure parameters
conducted in different sectors of the network. Such data and information is needed for planning
of ordinary operations and for investment decisions.
