Offer Description
The research activity is developed in the framework of the project RAISE “Robotics and AI for Socio-
economic Empowerment” financed on PNRR Ecosistema dell’innovazione. The project consists in several activities including the implementation of smart technologies for environmental monitoring and territory management. In particular, the object of the research deals with the analysis and the identification of correlation between different
hydrological variables and the trigger of rainfall-induced landslides occurred in the Ligurian territory in order to evaluate the hydrological conditions predisposing the slopes to failure. The final aim of the research is to support the identification of effective indicators (hydrological thresholds) that can be integrated into an operational system for predicting landslide phenomena.
