ALTENEW CRAFT YOUR LIFE PROJECT KIT: LUSH GARDEN RELEASE BLOG HOP + GIVEAWAY

Welcome crafty friends.
I'm happy you are visiting here. If you are joining in the hop, you have come from Anna Mahtani. And if not, you can start the hop over at the Altenew Card Blog.

I love these new Craft Your Life Project Kits. They are really fun, and I love all the coordinating items.

I started my card by dry embossing a black piece of cardstock with the Lush Garden 3D Embossing Folder. Then I used my finger and very lightly rubbed over the raised parts of the image with some gold and silver pigment ink.

I then took some white cardstock, prepped with an anti-static tool, and stamped the flowers and leaves  from the Lush Garden Stamp Set with Embossing ink and heat set them with Platinum embossing powder.

I colored them in with some Altenew Artist Markers from sets C and the Sunshine Garden Set. Colors B63, B106, R925, R400, R301, R101, R056, Y204< G503, G515, and G426. Used the coordinating Lush Garden dies to cut them out, adhered them to the black panel, and added the sentiment.

For this next project, I used Glacier Caves and Summer Afternoon Mixed Media inks to stamp and color in the flowers on a white flour sack towel.

For the leaves, I used the same green Artist Markers.

This last project, I used the Lush Garden 3D embossing folder on white cardstock.

I used the Glacier Caves and Summer Afternoon Mixed Media inks with my finger and rubbed the colors over the raised parts.

I only have blues and yellows Mixed Media inks, so I mixed them to make the greens.

Thanks for joining in the hop. I hope you can find some inspiration and,
Make today amazing!
