APh-A
On February 13th, our chapter hosted the first ever “Beards & Brownies Auction” to support APhA’s Back-the-PAC campaign. APhA-PAC is the Political Action Committee that supports candidates for federal office who support the pharmacy profession. Their main goal is provider status! The men grew out their beards and were auctioned off for someone to shave. They had to wear it for 24 hours (including Valentine’s Day!). However, they could match the bid so they didn’t have to get it shaved. There was also a brave person who auctioned his beard & head! Thanks to everyone who made this event a huge success! (Including the delicious brownies!)
