March - Senior Events

Parents!  What a fun night for the seniors that attended the virtual improv night on Friday.  We still have more in store for them in the coming months!  We are looking to book another escape room which was wildly popular at the end of March (watch for details in your inbox) and on April 16th, we will be hosting a Murder Mystery event online.  The first 40 to sign up will get a prize.  We hope all of them can come!

We are still waiting to hear advice from the district in terms of what we can do at the end for an in person event.  We would love to host a movie night outside with a senior sunset but will wait for further guidance.  Thank you for your patience.

Some have asked about senior signs and they are coming!  Mrs. Duenas is kindly using her budget to purchase them for all the seniors.  I am hoping to have them for a drive through event with some goodies for the seniors again- stay tuned for the details.

Do you own a business or have connections to one?  We would love a tax-deductible donation from them!  I have been scouring Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue for gift cards and tangible items to give away to our seniors at our last events!  Let me know if you want to connect me with someone to help us.

Lastly, we still need help from senior parents to contribute to our senior activity fund.  Did you know that you can use matching for your contribution?  We will need every penny to keep these fun events and goodies coming all the way up to the end (which is getting closer every day).

Please contribute today!
