Montefiore, which already has a large presence in the city of New Rochelle, has expanded again.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held this morning at 20 Cedar St. in New Rochelle to unveil Montefiore's new, state-of-the-art, 23,000-square-foot facility.

The facility will focus on cardiology, with three of Montefiore's cardiology offices already relocated here. "This facility has everything that's important to a patient living in an urban city with a large population," says cardiologist Mario Garcia.

The facility has already opened to the public.
