Purchase Your Test Kit

Simply purchase this test online and we’ll ship a kit to you within 1-2 business days. A healthcare provider will review and approve your test requests; no healthcare provider visit required.

Upon receiving your test kit, register it online and follow instructions provided to collect your sample.

Follow the instructions in your collection kit to mail your sample using the provided package and prepaid mailing label that is included.

3. Receive your sample collection kit via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping.

4. Register your kit, collect your sample, and send it back to our world-class lab for testing.

About the Program

NOTE: Tests returned to Labcorp after March 15th, 2023 are not eligible for cost coverage by the state of North Carolina.



NCDHHS is partnering with Labcorp to pilot a program to provide no-cost, at-home COVID-19 testing kits to individuals in North Carolina. Eligible residents over the age of 2 who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or believe that they may have been exposed may order a testing kit directly from this page. North Carolina Residents

If you have symptoms or a known recent exposure, Labcorp COVID-19 PCR testing is also available through pharmacy drive-thrus, urgent care centers, and healthcare providers.  Our labs will continue to process samples seven days a week. Check with your local FedEx for pick up and drop off locations.
