Spectator Tickets - Tickets can be pre-purchased here. Wristbands can be picked up in the Convention Center 2300 lobby during the following hours:
Wednesday - 4:00-8:00pm
Thursday - 7:15am-6:00pm
Friday - 7:15am-6:00pm
Saturday - 7:15am-5:00pm
Streaming - To allow everyone to join in the excitement, streaming of ALL COURTS will be provided by BallerTV for a one time event pass fee of $40. If your teams are already providing you with a free stream via social media, they will still be able to do so.
Select Match Broadcasts - The NCVF will be streaming select matches and content throughout the week on the NCVF YouTube channel, including 7 championship matches from T-Mobile Center on Saturday.
Photos - Professional photographer Alan Poizner has photographed everything from concerts to disaster scenes, Presidential arrivals to professional sports teams, and EVERY collegiate club championship since 2005. This week he can take action shots of you and your team! Click here to see past years’ photos or request that he shoot you this week!
Pre-TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Registration: Tournament Registration and Housing will open at Noon EST/9am PST on Tuesday, January 9th.
Spectator Tickets: Available for purchase in April 2024. Wristbands can be picked up in the 2300 lobby from 4:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, April 17th and then beginning at 7am on Thursday, April 18th.
Team Check In: Wednesday, April 17th, 4:00-8:00pm (CDT) at Kansas City Convention Center
Captains’ Meeting: Wednesday, April 17th, videos will be provided to teams.
SPECTATOR REGISTRATION ON SALE April 2024
There will be a registration fee for all spectators. Now Available Here!!
Single Day Spectator Registration = $15
Three Day Spectator Registration = $35
A single day registration is only good for the day that you purchase.
A three-day registration is good for all three days.

Team Travel Source - online housing
Hotel Reservations will open in early January concurrently with tournament registration.
All team hotel reservations MUST be made through Team Travel Source reservation system in order to compete in the tournament. Go to the Hotel Info tab for more information. Teams that do not book through the Tournament Housing Service will not be eligible to participate.
Parent Block - a block of KING rooms has been reserved for parents or family wishing to block rooms in the tournament block.

request Practice Time
Practice time signups will be available approximately two weeks prior to the tournament.
Teams will be able to signup to request a practice time for the national tournament for Wednesday, April 17th. These are available on a first come, first served basis for a 45 minute time slot. Teams can sign up for only ONE time slot. Court assignments will be available when you arrive at the convention center.
Player enrollment Verification form
As a reminder, every team must have the “Player Enrollment Verification Form” completed by your registrar. This will be available on your registration account on www.vbreg.com. All players must meet the enrollment eligibility requirements. You and your registrar follow the instructions in the sample.
UPDATE AS OF 2023: The Enrollment Verification Form will be completed by the registrar and submitted electronically AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK IN.

ClubVolleyballPhotos.com will be the Official Photographer for the tournament. You can sign up online now to request action photos be taken during the event. Photos will be available afterwards for purchase as prints or digital images.
