  12. Love how this card turned out. I am in love with the colors in these two new marker sets, and you used them so expertly to make these clematis pop! I actually thought you had double mounted the flowers! The shading is something I need to try…..it does make a huge difference. Thanks for all the tips!

    Loved all of your tips for coloring with alcohol markers, especially the one about coloring on a glass surface to help extend the time you have to blend your colors. Thanks for all your tips.

    QUESTION…what was the small pencil you were using for putting down shades, towards the end of the video.

    1. Thanks so much, Joanna. That was just a small Zentangle®️ pencil. It’s a regular pencil cut short with no eraser. One of the principles of the Zentangle method of drawing is that there are no mistakes, thus no erasers. You can use a regular No. 2 pencil and get the same results.
