PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Two people are dead after a single-car crash Sunday morning in Providence.
City police tell 12 News the vehicle caught fire after hitting the wall at the intersection of Pine and East Franklin streets.
The driver was ejected from the vehicle, according to police, while the passenger remained inside.
Fire crews responded to put out the flames.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
