PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A person is expected to survive after being hit by a car in Providence Wednesday night.
Police say a driver suffered a medical emergency around 8:30 p.m. before crashing into a light pole and the pedestrian on Broad Street.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
