TODAY: Beautiful day. Early clouds/fog will give way to sunshine this morning. Afternoon highs around 75 in the Providence area, a little warmer inland. At the coast, temperatures may briefly hit the low 70s, then fall back with a developing sea breeze. Winds from the north become south at the coast 5-15mph, but more westerly inland.

TONIGHT: Mild and dry evening with clouds arriving late. Lows in the low to mid 50s.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy. Scattered showers and the slight chance of a thunderstorm, mainly late morning and early afternoon. Highs in the low to mid 60s.

FRIDAY: Mainly cloud with light rain showers. Highs in the mid 50s.

SATURDAY: Becoming partly sunny with highs in the low 60s.
