2024/2025 LMHA HOUSELEAGUE - GOALIE REGISTRATION

50% off discount is only applied if the participant registering plays goalie for the full 2023/2024 Season.  If for any reason, the registered goalie no longer wants to play goalie and wants to play out, the remaining 50% of registration be will be due before the participant is allowed to return to the ice.

Respect in Sports for Parents must be complete before the start of the season. Failure to complete this program will result in your participant not being assigned to a team.

Any balances from last season must be paid in full before your participant is allowed on the ice in the fall. Please contact the Registion Director to make payment arrangements if neccsaary. Payment throught PLAYPAY.ca must be received in full before your partcipant is allowed on the ice. Please contact the Registration Director to make payment arrangements if neccessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelling before the season starts, A $50 admininstration fee will be charged. General Refunds will only be given between the start of the Season and November 1, 2023 Medical refunds will be issued until December 15, 2023 with LMHA Board of Approval and required documentation. All refunds will be prorated based on the number of weeks the player is on the ice.
