Delta Launches Nonstop Detroit Flights From San Jose

Norman Mineta San Jose International Airport is adding nonstop flights from the third largest carrier.

MILPITAS, CA -- As the holiday season ramps up, Delta Airlines will launch service to Detroit beginning Thursday at Norman Y. Mineta San Jose Airport.

The airline will offer a daily flight to the Michigan city at 11:55 a.m. Arrivals are set for 10:55 a.m.

Detroit joins eight other cities that Delta, San Jose's third largest carrier, offering 27 peak daily nonstop flights to: Atlanta, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New York/JFK, Salt Lake City and Seattle.

While Detroit marks the eighth nonstop destination for Delta from San Jose, San Jose overall offers nonstop service to 55 destinations.
