Peri Heft is a Wellness Coach in Meals, Movement and Mindset. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Yoga and Fitness Instructor.

Peri specializes in fat loss and weight loss using her proprietary process: The Recomposition Method (TRM). Through sustainable and healthy practices, Peri helps her clients feel toned, confident and strong.

“My passion for this industry started at an early age - whether I was coming up with some sort of concoction in the kitchen or reading nutrition books (for fun). Fast-forward to today, that passion has only grown. From home-cooked meals, lifting weights in the gym, to teaching a yoga class, my goal is to inspire and coach others to make healthier decisions and implement sustainable habits when it comes to health and wellness.

For the longest time, I “ate healthy” and consistently worked out thinking that I could build my dream body by simply focusing on good, nourishing foods and being active.

The truth is: That got me nowhere. In fact, it led me to an even deeper, darker place, and more clueless than ever before.

Not only that, I wasted so much time (and money) trying to figure it out on my own.

Tired, frustrated, and depressed, I set forth on a journey to find the answers.

I invested in a coach, I hired a mentor, and I went through schooling and certification trainings to learn as much as I could. I invested thousands of dollars and a lot of time to become the expert in fat loss that I am known for today.

And now, I’ve helped HUNDREDS of women and men create the body of their dreams using my proprietary method.
